You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted or rendered in our online stores.

All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Astro Chart reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Astro Chart confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Astro Chart may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.

In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Unauthorized use of the Services may be a violation of intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Astro Chart.

You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge that such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

The Services may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of such websites.

Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Astro Chart is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any purchases you make are made directly with Astro Chart.

You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for transactions between you and Astro Chart.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these policies.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK

If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews or feedback to us, you grant Astro Chart a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such feedback for improving the Services.

Occasionally there may be information on the Services that contain typographical errors or inaccuracies.

We reserve the right to correct such errors and update information without prior notice.

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES

  • to interfere with security features of the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

SECTION 14 - SUBSCRIPTION LICENSE AND ACCOUNT SHARING POLICY

Single User License

Subscriptions for Astro Chart chart generation services are licensed for one individual astrologer only.

Each account is intended for use by a single practitioner and may not be shared with other individuals.

Account Sharing Prohibition

Users may not share login credentials with:

  • other astrologers

  • students or trainees

  • colleagues or teams

  • institutions or organizations

Fair Usage of Unlimited Plans

Unlimited chart generation plans are provided to support the reasonable professional work of a single astrologer.

Unlimited plans may not be used for:

  • bulk automated chart generation

  • shared access among multiple users

  • providing chart generation services for other astrologers

Monitoring and Detection

To enforce fair usage, Astro Chart may monitor:

  • login sessions

  • device identifiers

  • IP addresses

  • usage patterns

  • chart generation frequency

Suspension for Violation

If Astro Chart determines that an account is being shared or misused, we reserve the right to:

  • suspend the account immediately

  • terminate the subscription

  • block further access

No Refund Policy

Accounts suspended for violation of this policy will not be eligible for refunds.

Institutional Use

Organizations requiring multiple users must obtain a separate multi-user license, if offered.

SECTION 15 - COMMERCIAL MISUSE AND RESALE RESTRICTIONS

Charts generated through Astro Chart are intended to assist astrologers in their own professional consultations.

Users may provide charts to their personal clients as part of their consultation services.

However, users may not:

  • operate a chart generation service using shared access

  • resell or distribute access to the platform

  • use the platform to power another astrology software service

  • use automation, bots or scripts to generate charts in bulk

If commercial misuse is detected, Astro Chart may:

  • terminate the account

  • cancel subscriptions

  • permanently block access

No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated for commercial misuse.

SECTION 16 - TERMINATION

We may terminate access to the Services at any time without notice if these Terms are violated.

SECTION 17 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

SECTION 18 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astro Chart shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

SECTION 19 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astro Chart from any claims arising from your use of the Services.

SECTION 20 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid.

SECTION 21 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Astro Chart.

SECTION 22 - ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without written permission.

SECTION 23 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts located in Bangalore, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

SECTION 24 - CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
