WHETHER THE LOST MOBILE WILL BE RECOVERED OR NOT?

WHETHER THE LOST MOBILE WILL BE RECOVERED OR NOT?

A male Querent has asked the question and we have to analyze or resolve the query with help of an horary number furnished by the Querent based on the time (date-time-place) of judgment.

Question of the Querent     : Whether the lost mobile will be recovered or not?

Horary Number                    : 23 (out of 249).

Date, Time & Place of Judgment : 06-08-2014, 09:29:43 Hrs. (IST), Durgapur (23.30N 87.20E).

WHETHER THE LOST MOBILE WILL BE RECOVERED OR NOT

Lagna indicates the querist, whose property has been lost or stolen. The 7th house indicates the thief. The matter of lost property is shown by the 2nd cusp. Recovery is shown by the 11th cusp. 6th house indicates money or income earned from efforts. Thus, the lost mobile will be judged by the houses 2-6-11 counted from the houses indicating thief (i.e. from 7th house). If the significators of these houses (counted from the houses indicating the person whose property is lost) with the ruling planets of the day, the property lost will be recovered. If the ruling planets are connected with 5-8-12 (being 2-6-11 from 7th) houses, it is said to be lost once for all.

Analysis

The Moon (Scorpio 16-06-47), which is reflecting the query's mind, is in 7th bhava, and lord of 4. The Moon has stellar (positional) strength i.e. untenant (there are no planets in stars of the Moon) and CSL of 5-7-12. The moon is deposited in the star of Saturn, the ruler of 10 and 11 in 6 and in the sub of Jupiter, the lord of 9 and 12 in 3. Thus, Moon clearly reveals the nature of the query about lost property and indicates the genuineness and correctness of the query.

The Thief (7th Cusp: Scorpio 00-00-01) is ruled by Mars-Jupiter-Moon. The ruling planets at TOJ are Moon-Mercury-Mars-Saturn. So, the Moon and Mars are common planets.

As discussed above, Moon signifies the favourable houses 6-11 but not deposited in a fruitful sub (Jupiter) of significators 2, 6 or 11. Again Moon signifies the unfavourable houses, 5, 7, 10 (negation to 11th), and deposited in sub (Jupiter) of significators of 12. Thus, Moon signifies and in connection with the houses which is unfavourable to the Querent, hence Moon clearly represents more favourable to the thief.

Mars is in 6, lord of 7 and 8. Mars is the star of Rahu in 6. Rahu acts as an agent of Mercury in 4, lord of 3 and 6. Mars is in sub of Saturn in 6, lord of 10 and 11. Mars signifies and in connection with the houses (6-11) which is favourable to the Querent. Hence, Mars clearly represents more favourable to the Querent.

Among the common planets – Moon and Mars, in my opinion preference should be given to Moon as because sub is the final and deciding factor according to KP principles and Moon here is the sub-lord of 7th cusp (thief) which clearly represents more favourable to the thief, as discussed above.

Let us check the balance of planets among 7th cusp Joint-rulers and ruling planets – Mercury, Jupiter and Saturn, what they say!

Mercury is deposited in self-star and self-sub. Mercury in 4, lord of 3 and 6. Mercury signifies and in connection with the house(s) i.e. 6 which is favourable to the Querent. Hence, Mercury clearly represents more favourable to the Querent.

Jupiter is in 3, lord of 3 and 12. Jupiter is the star of Saturn in 6, lord of 10 and 11. Jupiter is in sub of Sun in 4, lord of 5. Sun is having stellar (positional) strength i.e. untenanted (there is no planet in stars of Sun) and the cuspal star-lord of 1st house. Sun conjoined to Mercury who is the lord of 6th. Here Jupiter is showing mixed results as it signifies and in connection with both favourable houses (6-11) and unfavourable houses (1-5-10-12). Here we see the star-lord of Jupiter i.e. Saturn 10th house (negation to 11th house) which is un-occupied by any planet i.e. untenanted. Jupiter is in sub of a planet (Sun) signifies 1 (negation to 2nd) and 5 (negation to 6th i.e. gain to thief) which is un-occupied by any planet i.e. untenanted. As the sun is the final and deciding factor, Jupiter is in the sub of the planet strongly favours thieves due to the significance of 1-5 are present.

Saturn is the star of Jupiter and sub of self. Saturn is in 6, lord of 10 and 11. Jupiter is in 3, lord of 9 and 12. Saturn signifies and in connection with the favourable house (6-11) and clearly represents more favourable to the Querent.

Still there is confusion about the final outcomes because the joint-rulers of 7th (thief) and ruling planets are showing mixed results. Now we have to check the role of ruling planets according to their strength and order.

Mercury is the sign-lord of the RP chart as well as the Day Lord. Mercury posited in the star and sub of self. As Mercury appeared twice under ruling planets and also deposited in star and sub of a ruling planet(s), hence Mercury is a very strong ruling planet here which clearly favours the Querent in horary chart, as discussed above.

Saturn is the star-lord of the Moon in RP Chart as well as deposited in sub of self. Thus, Saturn is a strong ruling planet and deposited in a sub of the ruling planet. As discussed above, Saturn represents more favourable to the Querent.

Mars is the sign-lord of RP Moon and is deposited in the star of Rahu (acts as an agent of Mercury – a strong ruling planet) and sub of Saturn (a ruling planet). As discussed, Mars clearly represents more favourable to the Querent.

So, the overall majority of strong ruling planets favours for Querent.

Before concluding the final outcomes, let us analyze the 11th cusp which indicates recovery of lost property. 11th cusp (Aquarius 16-31-33) sub-lord Venus is in the star of Jupiter and sub of self. There is no planet in the stars of Venus. Planet and sublord Venus, being untenanted, is the occupant of 3, owner of 1 and 2 (vacant, un-occupied by any planet) and CSL of 6-11. Starlord Jupiter is the occupant of 3, owner of 9 and 12. Thus, 11th CSL Venus signifies and in connection with 2-6-11, indicates that recovery of lost mobile is assured.

My Opinion: All this strongly indicates that chances of recovery of lost mobile is present.

Actual fact: The querent later informed that he had left the mobile in the office with switch-off mode and the next day one of his office colleagues returned the mobile to him.
