WHEN COURIER WILL COME?

Grounding Note: This query was pertaining to one of my astrological friends who has recently purchased KP Astrology Literature (Books & Study Materials in DVD Format). He was verbally informed by the Seller that the materials should be sent through a reputed courier agency on Monday 2nd December 2013 and accordingly he will be informed about the courier details through mail. Till at the time of judgment, i.e. on Monday 2nd December 2013, he was not informing about the status of the same, either verbally or through mail. So, he was self-trying through horary astrology to find the possible date when courier will be expected to come. Later evening on Monday 2nd December 2013, he was informed by the Seller that the consignment has been dispatched through courier and he will receive the same soon within a week and accordingly he puts the query in front of me. I have decided to resolve the query based on horary number and time of judgment taken by my friend keeping the hints in mind that event will fructify within a week from the date of judgment 02-12-2013 to 08-12-2013.  

Question : When will the Courier come?  

Horary Number : 85 (out of 249).  

Date & Time of Judgment : 02-12-2013, 14:46:31 Hrs.  

Place of judgment : Latitude: – 22.29N & Longitude: 88.20E.  

Hints:  

If the cuspal sublord of 3rd or 11th be the significator of 3 or 11 and in connection with 3 or 11, courier will be received in the joint-period (DBA) of 3 and 11.  

MOON REVEALS THE NATURE OF QUERY  

At the time of judgment, Moon (Scorpio 07-43-30) posited a star of Saturn who is the occupant of 3, hence the query/urge is genuine.  

CUSPAL ANALYSIS  

3rd Cusp (Virgo 27-58-48): The sublord of 3rd cusp Saturn posited a star of Jupiter and sub of Self (Saturn).  

• Planet Saturn is the occupant of 3, owner of 6, 7, 8.  
• Starlord Jupiter is the occupant of 11, owner of 5 and 9.  
• Sublord Saturn is not having stellar (positional) strength i.e. tenanted (there is planet in stars of Saturn) and posited in the star of Jupiter who is the occupant of 11, owner of 5 and 9.  

3rd CSL Saturn signifies 3, 11 and in connection with 11.  

11th Cusp (Gemini 01-19-10): The sublord of 11th cusp Mercury posited in the star of Jupiter and sub of Rahu.  

• Planet Mercury is the occupant of 4, owner of 3 and 11. Mercury is having stellar (positional) strength i.e. untenanted (there is no planet in stars of Mercury) and cuspal sublord (CSL) of 7 and 11.  
• Starlord Jupiter is the occupant of 11, owner of 5 and 9.  
• Sublord Rahu is the occupant of 3. Rahu conjoined Saturn and thus acts as an agent of Saturn. Saturn is the occupant of 3, owner of 6, 7, 8.  
  

11th CSL Mercury signifies 3, 11 and in connection to 3.  

Points to be considered  

11th CSL is Mercury which is a fast-moving planet in nature. 3rd CSL is Saturn which is a slow-moving planet. Moon posited in the star of Saturn creating “Punarphoo” indicating delay to fructify event.  

Planets signify the houses 3 or 11 in respect to A, B, C, D, E  

A = Planets in Occupant’s Stars  

B = Occupant of Houses  

C = Planets in Owner’s Stars  

D = House Owner  

E = Planets Conjoined or Aspected (Vedic Aspects) by Significators (A), (B), (C), (D), (E)  

ORBIT OF INFLUENCE  

Sun and Moon : Within ± 8°  

Rest Planets other than Nodes : Within ± 6°  

Node Planets : Within Sign

a. Significators of 3 or 11: Sun, Moon, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, Rahu, Ketu.  

Ruling Planets at the time of judgment are:  

Lagna : Mars – Ketu – Mercury  

Moon : Mars-Saturn-Ketu  

Day lord : Moon  

Nodes : Rahu – Ketu  

b. Ruling Planets are: Moon, Mars, Mercury, Saturn, Rahu, Ketu.  

c. Fruitful (Common) planets among (A) and (B): Moon, Mercury, Saturn, Rahu, Ketu.  

DBAS (DASHA-BHUKTI-ANTHRA-SOOKSHMA) ANALYSIS  

Running DBA Lords are Saturn-Ketu-Rahu (from 28-10-2013 to 27-12-2013) – all are fruitful (common) planets, hence taken into consideration.  

Present Sookshma Lord is Ketu (from 02-12-2013 to 05-12-2013)  

Ketu is a weak significator of grade E. Now the question arises, should we consider Ketu? If we see, Ketu is a fruitful (common) planet and appeared as twice under ruling planets. Under Ruling Planets, Moon’s Starlord Mars replace by Ketu as Ketu posited in sign of Mars and thus acts an agent of Mars. In horary chart, Mars is untenanted and not being the cuspal sub lord of any cusp between 1 to 12. But Mars having stellar (positional) strength is the cuspal starlord of 3, 7 and 11 cusps. Further, Ketu is posited in the sub of Mercury who is untenanted and signifies all the relevant houses i.e. 3 and 11. This Mercury is the strong significator of grade A of 11th cusp and conjoined with Moon (within ± 6°) who is the strong significator of grade A of 3rd cusp. So, here Ketu is most powerful or strongest planet who signifies 3, 11 through agent of Mars and in connection with 3 and 11 through Mercury. Thus, we cannot ignore Ketu. And accordingly, Ketu Sookshma must be considered and should be taken into consideration.  

Now after Ketu, Venus Sookshma (05-12-2013 to 16-12-2013) will be run. Venus is a weak significator of grade E and also not present under ruling planets. Thus, Venus is not a fruitful (common) planet, hence rejected and not taken into consideration.  

Now from the above analysis, it is clear that the courier will come within the end of official delivery hours (say 19:50 Hrs) up to 5th December 2013 under DBAS of Saturn-Ketu-Rahu-Ketu.  

Since the event will possibly fructify within a month, we have to check the transit of the Moon. During the period from the date of judgment (02-12-2013) to 05-12-2013, Moon will be transiting 

a. In the star of Saturn (Anuradha) on 02-12-2013;  

b. In the star of Mercury (Jyestha) on 03-12-2013;  

c. In the Star of Ketu (Moola) on 04-12-2013; and  

d. In the star of Venus (Purva-Ashadha) on 05-12-2013.  

As we know that consignment has been dispatched through courier on late evening of 2nd December 2013, hence transit option (a) should be ignored.  

As explained above, Mercury is the strong significator of 3 and 11. On 3rd December 2013, Moon transited the sign of Mars (Scorpio) and the star of Mercury. Both Mars and Mercury are present under ruling planets.  

So, principally we should consider transit option (b). As Punarphoo present, thus logically, it seems difficult that courier will be received within next day within 24 hours from the date of dispatch. But nothing is impossible. Sometimes, a reputed and good courier agency will deliver the courier within 24 hours from metro or big city to another. In our case, the origin city of dispatch of courier was Hyderabad and Destination City was Kolkata. As explained above, Ketu is strongest among ruling planets and posited in sub of fruitful planet (i.e. Mercury) who is also a strong significator of the relevant houses. Thus, we must consider strongly transit option (c).  

Transit option (d) was ruled out as Venus is not a fruitful (common) planet. Now, the available options/dates are 03-12-2013 and 04-12-2013.  

My opinion is to prefer the date 04-12-2013 at first (due to Punarphoo) and then to select the date 03-12-2013.  

Actual Outcome: The courier was received by Querent on 4th December 2013 at around 13:00 to 14:00 Hrs, when Moon was transiting in Sign of Jupiter (Sagittarius), in Star of Ketu (Moola), in sub of Rahu.
