HOW TO JUDGE DASA BASED ON KP PRINCIPLES?

HOW TO JUDGE DASA BASED ON KP PRINCIPLES?

In Vimshottari Dasa system the star lord of Moon denotes Dasa lord ruler, its Sub lord shows the Bhukti lord ruler and its 'Sub-Sub' indicates the Antara lord ruler. The 'Sub-Sub' is very useful in finding out the day or hour or minute of an event.

Ascendant takes about 2 hours to move from one sign to the other. It remains in one star for about 52 minutes. Similarly, it remains in one sub for about 5 to 8 minutes. So, the exact minute can be noted with the help of the 'Sub-Sub'.

The Moon takes about 24 hours to move from one star to another. It remains in one 'Sub' for about three hours. So, the exact hour can be noted with the help of the 'Sub-Sub'.

Now how to fix the Transit period for consideration of an event as per KP System?

1.Generally, an event happens during the conjoined period of the significator when transit   agrees.

2.Based on judgments at the time of event where Sun, Moon and DBAS rulers are generally found to be transiting in the same conjoined period ruler or rulers i.e. the star or sub of the same DBAS ruler.

In Astrology Dasa is a time measure, and indicates the shape of events likely to take place. There are various types of dasas; its number of years and its judgement system is differing from each Dasa. Here I will be discussing in front of you, how to judge the Dasa, sub period and sub-sub period?

The following points to be kept in mind, while judging the Dasa.

  1. Dasa's results are depending on the strength of the chart.

  2. Dasalord cannot give any contradictory result than chart promises.

  3. Dasa is to be study according to the age of the Native, Desh Kaal and Patra etc.,

  4. Dasa lord can gives results as under:

          a. Results of its Star lord as well as Sub lord

          b. Results of its own.

         c. Results of its natural karakatwas.

         d. According to its cusp rulers, on the base of K.P.

         e. Result of houses and planets, on which aspects.

         f. Dasa lord's results are influenced by aspected planets, according to its karakatwa,                occupant and lordship of houses etc.

  1. For sub and sub-sub period rulers are bound to give results in the same way as mentioned in (4).

  2. Dasa lord cannot give results against the cusp's indications.

  3. Dasa lord and Bhukti lord should complete the circle of the results-oriented house.

Example: For an abroad journey, houses are to be considered 3, 9, 12. Suppose the  Dasa lord is significator of either 3 or 9 or 12, the bhukti lord should be significator of remaining houses or houses, out of 3 or 9 or 12th.

  1. Dasa lord and Karaka planet as a bhukti lord also can evaluate the result.

  2. The Dasa lord must have some connection with the bhukti lord in any manner.

  3. If there is a natural animosity between Dasa lord and Bhukti lord, it can be an obstacle or negation in case of the fructification of any event.

  4. Antara lord must have some connection with Dasa lord as well as Bhukti lord in any manner. However, the Antara lord must not get retrograde during the time of the happenings of the event.

  5. Dasa lord and bhukti lord should not be in 6-8-12th from each other, to get good results.

  6. If Dasa lord is duality, then in its own bhukti result one can expect, if all required houses are covered by the same planet. One can expect multiple types of results or repeat the same results.

  7. Antra, Pratyantar and Sukshma lord are supporters to Dasalord and Bhukti lord, and cannot go against its results.

  8. Planet if in fixed sign or in succedent house or slow-moving planet than its impact of results is more whether it is positive or negative, while planet is in angle or cardinal or fast moving than its impact is for short while and fast.

  9. If Dasa lord is connected anyway with Ascendant. one can become more active during that Dasa, same it applicable to other sub periods.

  10. Benefic and malefic of Dasa’s results depend on the chart position not on natural tendency. At the most natural tendency influences the result’s intensity.

  11. For dasas results, required support of Transit, without activations of transits Dasa-bhukti cannot give results.

  12. Work out Solar return results and match with the Dasa bhukti of that year and consider the transits, for specific events.

  13. Dasa lord is good or bad for native, but it can be vice versa for the native’s relatives.

  14. Consider Transit activation as under.

         a. Transit of slow-moving planets.

         b. Transit of Dasa and its sequence rulers.

         c. Transit of Sun and Moon.

         d. Consider Ascendant.
