LAND AND BUILDING

Consider the houses 4, 11 and 12 for purchase of Land or Building or construction of building (4th is the prime house of Land and Building; 11th for gain, success, fulfilment of desire and 12th for payment to seller of the Land or Building or investment of money in property). 6th house indicates tenant. The 4th and 11th counts from 6th (i.e. 9 and 4), denotes the occupation of the house. Thus, the 9th house indicates Ownership flat/house where we have to pay Maintenance Charges to our Building's Society or Association which may also treat a type of Tenancy Charges. Mars is the natural significator of Building and Saturn is that of Land, Mines and Estates.

Jupiter is a fruitful (common) planet, hence Jupiter Anthara is taken into consideration.

Next Anthra Lord: Saturn (From 05-12-2013 to 01-02-2014)

Saturn is a fruitful (common) planet. But due to Punarphoo Dosa Saturn Anthara is ruled out.

Now, we have to choose Anthra Lords among one out of Mars, Rahu, Jupiter. I prefer to select Jupiter Anthra as because in natal chart Saturn conjoined with Venus (karaka for flat) and Ketu (blocker), even Saturn aspect Jupiter and the inner meaning of that aspect is, Saturn surrender to fructify the event due to Punarphoo Dosa having in the chart as well as Ketu also posited in Saturn sing and conjunct with Saturn. Further being Mars _ retrograde, hence Mars_ (occupied 5 and lord of 3 & 9) aspects falls on Saturn. All the above facts seize the power of Saturn and make them unable to give the results. Hence, Saturn transfers their duty to their friend Jupiter. However, Jupiter is also the strong significator of grade "A" of 11th and 12th houses.

TRANSIT

Since the event will fructify within a year, we have to check. During the DBA Period of Mercury-Ketu-Rahu, transit of Sun will be –

From 23-08-2013 to 30-08-2013: Sun will transit in star of Ketu (Bhukti Lord);

From 01-09-2013 to 12-09-2013: Sun will transit in star of Venus (RP Lagna Lord & RP Moon Starlord);

From 11-10-2013 to 17-10-2013: Sun will transit the star of Mars (RP Moon Signlord).

From 02-12-2013 to 15-12-2013: Sun will transit in the star of Mercury (RP Lagna Sublord).

CONCLUDING POINTS

4th CSL and 11th CSL and 12th CSL – all do not signify 4 (Building) or in connection with 4 (Building). But connected with Mars (Karaka for Building) and signifies 11, 12 and in connection with 9 (Ownership Flat). So, chances to purchase or buy an Ownership Flat is much stronger than purchase of a Landed House (Building).

My Opinion: Buying or Purchase of an Ownership Flat is assured during the Joint DBA Period of Mercury-Ketu-Jupiter i.e. from 17-10-2013 to 05-12-2013.

Actual Fact: The prediction comes correct. The Querent/Native has informed me that he had purchased a Bungalow rather than an Ownership flat as predicted by me. He had made a token money on 25th October 2013 and finally the registration process from court was completed on 5th December 2013.

Learning fact: On the date of registry of Bungalow i.e. 05-12-2014, if we see, Sun was transiting in the star of Mercury. In the natal chart, Mercury is having stellar (positional) strength i.e. untenanted (there is no planet in the star of Mercury) and the Signlord of the 4th cusp, even 4th cusp is unoccupied. Thus, Mercury, being lord of 4th house, also played a crucial and vital role here.
